When it comes to ministry and working with people, is it more important what you do, or how you do it?

    I think that in ministry it is about how you do it. Every expmale I think through falls better under that banner. Every idea or program that you take part in could have the right intentions, theology, or motivations but if you execute it wrong, you could leave others around you hurt. Stewardship and talking about money in church generally plays out this way. It is important to have people tithe but depending on how one presents the goal, you could leave a lot of people unhappy. (thus not tithing)

    Very true, I agree. How something is done, especially in a church, has to stay a high priority.
