    I like the theme update.
I am so lucky that I have a smaller church. I only have to attend 1 board meeting per month. They typically are not too bad other than I feel that they are not organized. I just really I do most of my communication with my youth ministry staff online. I try to only have meetings when they are necessary. I also try keep meetings as informal as possible. I am with Josh on the food at meeting thing. I think that my next youth staff meeting is going to be somewhere like a Panera Bread where there is free wireless and food.

    Tony & Josh,

I know I am a little late on this one but I think you guys were on to something in your “5 ways to make sure your meetings don’t suck” episode. At the tale end of the pod cast I noted the insightful information on 5 ways to get out of a meeting that sucks.” After taking notes I had to revisit each bullet and galvanize the point with a catchy phrase. Here is the redo…

    1. The Faux Choke
    2. Pre-Bail Maneuver
    3. The Texit Message
    4. Cry & Fly
    5. Crash with Your Rash

    I have a future episode request…

Top 5 greatest youth leaders of the last century and what made them so great.

    Thanks for the pod cast.

So funny, I love the list! I like the idea for a podcast show as well. Maybe you would even be willing to be on the show with us for that one?
